Castle Rock Colorado today is greener and healthier than it was in 1917, when these pictures were published. Carbon dioxide is not a pollutant, it's airborne fertilizer, the basis of all life on Earth.

Incidentally, 1917 - when these pictures were published - was the coldest year in the 115 years of American climate history (48 states), due to a long-lasting minimum of solar activity. We're now in another long-lasting solar minimum, starting in 2007. What will our climate be like in the next decade? Check here.

October 2009 was the third-coldest in American climate history (48 states), and the wettest ever measured. Summer 2009 across America ranked #44 (cooler than average) on the all-time (115 years) list. Eight states set new all-time cold records in July.

There are hundreds of peer-reviewed studies and MS and Ph.D. theses documenting natural climate changes, long before the Industrial Age. The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) tried for years to deny the existence of the Little Ice Age, the Medieval Warm Period, The Roman Warm Period, and the Climatic Optimum. That's what the ClimateGate emails and documents show - the people claiming our modern, slight warming is "unprecedented" are liars. Climate Change is natural. It's not caused by human CO2.                               Shoshone

In spite of the debacle at Copenhagen, and the revelation of massive fraud in ClimateGate, politicians of the far left continue to push for the insane Cap & Trade Bill that will drive energy costs out of sight and send American jobs overseas. For what? Climate change is natural, and destroying our economy isn't going to stop it.

Pike's Peak Summit

Pike's Peak Summit

Why did the Copenhagen Climate Change Summit collapse? Because China, India, Russia, South Africa and Brazil have their own scientists - who are telling their governments that the "global warming crisis" is nonsense. Why should their people live in poverty for a scientific fraud, manufactured by liars like Michael Mann and Kevin Trenberth? Why should we? For Obama? Ritter?

Hope you enjoy the pictures.
